Delivery & returns

Standard delivery is free on every order and takes three to five business days. Express delivery is $20 and takes one to two business days.

You pick your option in your bag or at checkout. The cost is shown in the order summary before you pay, and again on your confirmation.

Every order gets a confirmation page you can return to, showing its current status. If you ordered with an account, every order stays listed under your account with its status.

If something is not right, email hello@ovelune.example with your order number and we will arrange the return.
