To fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and phone number. If you create an account we also store your password in hashed form — never as text anyone can read.

Card details are entered directly into your chosen payment provider's own secure form and are never received or stored by Ovelune. We keep only a reference to the transaction so we can match a payment to an order.

Your bag and your saved pieces are kept in your browser's local storage on the device you used, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data clears them.
